What types of repair services do you offer? We are happy to service your computer and peripherals either in your home or our local service center. Back to TopWhat do you charge?
Our initial consultation charge (whether it is in your home or at our facility) is $40. After our technicians have had an opportunity to look things over, diagnose the problem (or problems), we will give you an estimate. If you have us proceed with the repair, the $40 charge is ‘absorbed’ into the total cost. This means you don’t pay for both a diagnostic and a repair. Incidentally, some repairs turn out to be relatively simple. In those instances, we are able to do it for this same minimum charge. Our goal is your satisfaction! Back to TopHow long will my repair take?
Each system and each problem is unique. While we are sometimes able to make minor adjustments to effect a repair, sometimes it turns out to be extremely complex. On average, however, most standard repairs done at our shop have a Twenty-Four to Forty-Eight-hour turn-around. Back to TopIs it easy to take advantage of In-Shop Service?
